U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.K. Shipping

Orders over USD $150 receive free standard shipping. Orders under USD $150 are subjected to a USD $10 standard shipping fee.

Standard Shipping usually takes 2-8 business days (varies on location) 

We also offer Express Shipping, which delivers your order in 2-3 business days (orders must be received before 12 PM EST)

 

Worldwide Shipping

Orders over USD $250 receive free express worldwide shipping. Orders under USD $250 are subject to a USD$15 express worldwide shipping fee.

 

Estimated shipping times are:

Europe: 3-4 Business Days

Australia: 5-6 Business Days

Asia: 5-6 Business Days

South America: 3-4 Business Days

 

International shipments are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the local government. FANG is not responsible for the payment or refund of any government duties and taxes upon delivery.

 

Order Processing and Delivery Time

We process your order within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday after 3 PM EST will not be processed until Monday morning. All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. We only process order returns and exchanges, not order cancellations. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment due to conditions beyond our control such as weather, postal service interruptions, etc.

Our customer service operates 11am - 7pm, Monday - Friday, besides bank holidays.



Returns

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damages and issues after worn.

 

Missing Packages

Certain delivery services use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

If the package still does not show up, please contact the shipping service used directly to file a claim. FANG cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property.

You can opt-in to Guide (shipping insurance) at check out to protect orders from loss, damage, or theft for a very affordable cost.

 

Returns

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you'd like an exchange or refund and we will be happy to oblige.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days within the item's ship date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Final sale items (sale, underwear, and swim) are not eligible for returns.

    To start a return within the U.S., you can contact us at info@fang.nyc. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

    For international returns, the cost of the return is on you. Please first email us at info@fang.nyc. If your return is accepted, you may use any delivery company you wish to, however, please note due to covid-19 and time delays, we are not accepting returns sent via regular post at the moment. DHL is our suggested courier. 

    Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label. Rejected return parcels will not be sent back.

     

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method/ card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
